Galvanised steel

There are three Hot-dip galvanized steel coil product lines adopting American Steel Corp process and improved Sendzimir process with a Productivity of 600, 000 metric tons per year. The specification is as below:

Thickness: 0.16mm-4.5mm,

Width: 20mm-2000mm,

Coil weight: 4-10 metric tons,

Coil I. D: Φ 508mm/Φ 610mm

Zinc coating: 60G/M2-450 G/M2 (two-sided uniform thickness)

Surface processing: Regular spangle, Minimized spangle, Zero spangle, bright spangle

Surface chemical processing: Chromate, un-chromate passivation and fingerprint resistant treatment;

Oil: Slight oiled or non-oiled.

Standards: JIS G 3302-1998, ASTM A653M, GB/T 2518, EN 10142, Q/CHG 3-2005
